Clean Gear have an excellent opportunity to provide a cleaning contract to these teams before the jerseys are given to the players. The program entails Dry Barrier Washing the jerseys when they are brand new. This protective polymer creates a barrier to puck marks, dirt and stains that form on the jerseys.

This also waterproofs the jerseys making them lighter and dryer for the players. Sweat and water do not soak into the fabric, logo's and numbers on the jersey keeping the garment lighter and cleaner.

How it works?

Clean Gear's DBW is a water based polymer suspension that is added to the CG wash cycle. The DBW suspension penetrates into the fabric of the jerseys and is then heat controlled in our low temperature drying cycle. Once the process is complete the protective barrier will last for months.

With regular cleaning and repair, the jerseys look great and last longer, protecting the investment made for the team.
